Currently, Kayy's Kandie only ships within the United States and Canada to ensure the freshness and quality of our confectionery.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Are your candies allergen-free?
While many of our products do not contain nuts, all our treats are packaged in a facility that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, and dairy. Please check individual product labels for specific ingredient lists.
How should I store my candy to keep it fresh?
We recommend storing your sweets in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For chocolates, avoid high temperatures to prevent melting.
